Sierra Academy is a tuition free, project-based, college preparatory high school in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of Northern California. We are located in the historic NCE building in downtown Nevada City. Using the nationally acclaimed EL Education model, students take their learning deeper with hands on, interdisciplinary experiences in the classroom and in the field.
Camps are open to SAEL and non-SAEL high school aged students. This website has more information as well as the application.
